Maulik Shah is the Co-Founder and CEO of Almus risk Consulting LLP. He has 22 years’ experience in senior financial and treasury role in Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Rosy Blue (a leading diamond–Company). He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (Rank Holder), ICWA and CFA. He has represented various panels on Foreign Exchange Treasury and Risk Management. At Almus he is responsible for executing business plan, creating growth opportunities and building relationships.
Jayaram Krishnamurthy is a Co-founder, and COO of Almus Risk Consulting LLP. He brings with him over 30 years of Forex Treasury experience which includes Senior-position in public sector, Private sector and Multinational Banks and also he was heading Corporate Treasury till 2012. He is certified associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.
Venkatesh Bijoor is a Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Almus, a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He brings with him 30 years of experience in Foreign Exchange treasury, interest rate risk management. He was a Chief dealer at ING Vysya Bank, Secretary & Vice chairman of Forex Association and Managing Committee of FEDAI. At Almus he is responsible for Policy formulation and strategies on risk management.
Pankaj Kumar Rathi is a Partner & Head Treasury at Almus. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and member of CFA Institute, USA and GARP with an overall experience of more than 21 years in financial markets. His previous association was with an infrastructure financing company. He has a significant experience in managing foreign currency and interest rate risk. He heads treasury division and outsourcing business.
Mathew John is a B Tech, MBA & MS (Finance). He heads the in-house Research Team making strategies for our Trading and Advisory clients for FX, Commodities, Equities and Bond markets. He has contributed enormously to technical models which form the back bone of FX strategy at Almus. He is highly sought after by various Corporate treasuries and brokerage Houses for his Technical Views. He is with Almus and its earlier constituent Prime Forex for 11 years.
Pratik Gadhia is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has earlier worked with the Big4 Consulting firms (Ernst & Young, Deloitte) on the tax and transaction advisory front. He has also provided expertise as a Consulting CFO with a Mid-size Textile manufacturing company in the past wherein he structured the entire finance function (including banking, treasury, and accounts, forecasting of inflows and outflows & budget planning). He brings with him 9 years of cumulative experience and Heads the Consulting & Risk vertical.
Ankit Sharma has over 13 years of experience in the field of Currency and Commodity trading. He was a key member in Rosyblue treasury team. At Almus, he is handles for managing client transactions, advising them on various strategies for managing exposures and business development.
